Are all of your flowers real?
Yes, almost all of the designs featured on the website are made with real dried, freeze-dried and preserved flowers, greenery, pods and grasses. Any designs that contain silk or man-made products will be noted in the description.
How long will my flower arrangement last?
Provided you care properly for your arrangement, you may enjoy your flowers for an extended period. Since environments and circumstances will vary, your arrangement can last from several months to several years. We recommend keeping your dried flower arrangement out of excessive heat, light and moisture and away from small children and pets. We do not recommend placing your arrangement outdoors.
What if my flower arrangement arrives damaged?
Please see our terms and conditions for how to handle packages that arrive damaged.
Can I get an order Custom Designed to match my decor?
Yes! We will be happy to design to suit your needs. Just supply us with your color scheme and dimensions and we will be pleased to create something special.
Do you offer any discounts on multiple or large orders for businesses?
Please contact us for special consideration given towards larger orders and business gifts for clients or employees. We will do our best to work with you to give you quality gifts for reasonable rates.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express. We also accept money orders or personal checks, however, please note that the order will not be shipped until we are in receipt of your payment.
What kind of shipping is available?
We normally ship using UPS ground and US Priority Mail. You may contact us directly if an express delivery is needed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, keeping in mind that express delivery will incur extra costs.
May I send these flowers as a gift?
Absolutely! Please include the correct name, address and phone number of the person you wish to send the gift. Also please add your personal message that we will happily include on a lovely gift card included in your package.
Do you have a catalogue I may receive by mail?
No, we are sorry we do not have a printed catalogue to send you by mail. As we are continually adding new designs and changing existing ones, we recommend you bookmark our website so you may refer to it often for updates to our product line.
